"Eternal Impressions", "Babykind", "Eternal Impressions Fine Silver Jewellery", "Eternal Impressions Castings", “Crystal Gifts”, “Glassware Gifts” and "Kiddi-Art" are all trading names of Eternal Gift Services Ltd (registered company number 06477605, VAT registration number 930 758 35). These expressions are used throughout our website to represent our ranges of products and services.
On Line Orders
Your Right To Cancel
You are free to cancel your order (once accepted by us) up to the despatch of the Print kit. Print kits are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If a discount or gift voucher was applied to your order, the refund applicable will be equivalent to the value of monies paid after the application of the discount. Once despatched, please follow the Returns/Refunds procedure.
We aim to create your keepsake within 14-28 days of receipt of your order, in most cases your order will be fulfilled sooner that this. Should your order be required by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm that we can deliver the order in good time for you.
Non Delivery
If your delivery is not received please contact us as soon as possible on info@eternalimpressions.co.uk. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your order until Royal Mail classify a parcel as lost, this is currently after 20 days.
Returns & Refunds
We can not accept returns on made to order / personalised keepsakes. The only exception is if we have not supplied the item as ordered.
Please ensure you have ordered correctly, with the inscription spelling as you intended. Although we will endeavour to contact you if we feel there is an unintended error before your keepsake is made, your keepsake will be made with the details supplied as ordered. Eternal Impressions are not responsible for any errors in information supplied by the customer.
In the unusual event of us not supplying the order correctly to you, we will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible. Please email info@eternalimpressions.co.uk quoting your order number and we will respond within 48 hours advising what to do.
Distance Selling By Law
Please note the purchase of personalised items are exempt to the Distance Selling By law of the European Union.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our web site and other sites accessible from them. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used.

If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

Eternal Gift Services uses cookies for use by our shopping basket facilities. Whilst you do not need to allow your browser to accept cookies in order to browse much of our web site or to access many of our services, you must have cookies enabled if you wish to purchase any of our goods online.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are redeemable, either as part payment or in full, against any of our products either on line or at any of our casting venues.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year after the purchase date. No cash alternative is available.
Additional Information
Jewellery Range
As with all jewellery, please take care whilst handling, links can be opened or broken if pulled... To keep your jewellery piece in good condition we suggest you do not put it into contact with Chlorine (swimming pool), salt water (sea), and sun-tan lotion. These can cause sterling silver to become discoloured. The reason for this is sterling silver is a metal alloy containing 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper In essence, tarnish on sterling silver is formed primarily by the copper in the alloy reacting with chemicals in the atmosphere, like chlorine. If tarnished you can bring the silver colour back by using a reputable silver polish.
These products are either made from casting stone, ceramic, glass or crystal. Please ensure you take good care when handling and displaying your purchase as we cannot be responsible any damages caused once you have received your gifts. If you drop it then it is likely it will break and will be not be repairable. Please note all our Ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe, just don’t drop one!
