On Line Order Process

All Babykind, Crystal, Glassware, Mini Castings and Fingerprint kits are simple to use with easy step by step instructions.

The kit is sent to you automatically once you have placed your order, there is no extra charge, just make sure you have supplied the correct delivery address. It’s quick and easy and takes only a few minutes!

However, if you  do need  further guidance on taking your child’s/children’s prints please email info@eternalimpressions.co.uk or  pick up the phone and call 0845 302 3041.

Duplicate kits can be ordered by clicking here (please note this option is only available if you have previously ordered).  You will be required to log in using the details used to track your order status.

If you would like to order a Babykind print kit only for use in your Baby book or for you to scan the image for you to make handcrafted gifts,ie;greeting cards etc please click here

Order Process - Jewellery

  1. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received we will email you confirmation and detail the kit despatch details.(this is normally within 24hrs) At this time we also give you a ‘customer login ‘ link in order for you to track the progress of your order so at any one time you can check the order status.
  2.  We take pride in making you a truly personal piece of jewellery so once we have received your prints we always check it is suited for the item of jewellery requested.
  3. We will keep you updated at all times by our ‘Online Order Status’option which can be     accessed from the left hand toolbar.

Order Process - Babykind

  1.   2. Each Babykind product is using a high quality sublimation technique which gives a vibrant     long lasting permanent image, adding your own personalisation it is a truly unique gift!
  3. Once we have received your prints/inscription we check it is suited for the product requested.
  4. We will keep you updated at all times by our ‘Online Order Status’option which can be accessed from the left hand toolbar.

Order Process - Glassware and Crystal Gifts

  1.   2. Each Babycrystal and Babyglass product is either engraved by laser to achieve optical quality or handcrafted with a sandblasted skilled engraving. Each piece is truly unique and we use highly skilled craftsmen to engrave your chosen piece.
  3. Once we have received your prints/inscription we check it is suited for the product requested

Order Process - Moulding Fingerprints

  1. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received we will email you confirmation and detail the kit despatch details.(this is normally within 24hrs) At this time we also give you a ‘customer login ‘ link in order for you to track the progress of your order so at any one time you can check the order status.
  2. Taking fingerprints is simple and all we ask is for you to follow the kit instructions carefully. We provide sufficient moulding compound to make 2 fingerprint impressions. Please return both prints so we can select the best quality print. ( In general a child under two does not have a well defined fingerprint although some children may have, what we do capture is their unique tiny indent that can never be replaced! Alternatively, for a truly personal keepsake we can create a mini silver casting of your child’s hand and/or foot)

Order Process - Existing hand/foot prints

If you already have cherished prints please contact us before ordering so we can give you an existing print code so we do not send you a kit. .Alternatively, we can provide you an easy method of taking hand/foot prints(as above) with no mess or fuss!
If you would like to see your own precious prints minaturised, either scan the image and email them to info@eternalimpressions.co.uk or send us good quality photocopies
