Packaging
All finished jewellery is gift packaged at no extra charge. Some other products are gift packaged as stated. All other products are despatched or collected in protective packaging designed for postal delivery purposes.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping – Online Products
We aim to post to you your Fingerprint moulding kit, Mini Casting inkless print kit or Babykind inkless print kit within 48 hours of receiving your order. On receipt of your returned prints we will return the finished product within 14-28 Days (dependant on the product) Babyscan products are dependant from when we receive the ultrasound scan images. Please note for busy special occasions, ie; Christmas, Mother’s Day it is more likely to be the latter. Please email us if you have an urgent date for delivery.
Shipping – Products Not Available Online
Delivery options are discussed with the Customer at the Casting Venue. all products are delivered, free of charge, to the venue where the order was originally taken.
Alternatively all products can be posted to you directly for which our standard p&p prices will apply.
Postage for Jewellery Items Ordered On Line
All finished Jewellery items for UK delivery will be sent by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' service. This is an insured service for jewellery and a signature will be required upon delivery. All items for delivery outside of the UK will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service. A signature will be required upon delivery.
The special delivery charge currently £5.95 [value linked to database value] will apply to all jewellery items, regardless of how many jewellery items are purchased.
Postage for Non-Jewellery Items Ordered On Line
All finished non-jewellery items for UK delivery will be sent using Royal Mail standard parcels, courier or special delivery at Eternal Impressions discretion. The p&p price is dependant upon the total packaged weight of the order for non-jewellery items.
Currently p&p is charged at the following rates, for total non-jewellery items per order:

Eternal Impressions cannot despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses...
Outside UK postage – All Items
You can add extra postage charge of £8.00 to Europe or £12.00 to the Rest of the World to your shopping basket. These charges are additional to the standard UK postage as described above. This charge will be added automatically once you add your order to the shopping basket and selected either Europe of Rest of the World in the “Ship to” box in the on-line checkout. Once we receive your payment we can post your kit(s) via Airmail. When you return your prints you will need to use your own country's stamps to the return envelope. Your order will be sent back to you via the 'International Signed for' service.
